Duke Miniman is a character from Wrestling Revolution 3D and Hard Time. While his name appears more similar to wrestling jobber Jake "The Milkman" Milliman, he is more of a parody of Jacques Rougeau's Mountie gimmick from WWF.
He is usually a warden in Hard Time.
