Agility, or Speed in later games, affects how fast you move in each and every game.

A player could increase it by:

Climbing up furniture +1 big booty hoes

Running around +1 (Applies to Hard Time and School Days, and it is easier to train the agility in the gym or exercise yard.

Shooting hoops! +1 (Doesn't work all the time, but it's fun.)

If agility or speed is sufficient enough, every now and then you'll do a kick up, getting up near instantly, also hitting the person in front of you with your legs. This may fail if you weren't supposed to get up yet, due to the nature of the game making you wait while down on the ground. You'll proceed to fall down if this is the case. The better your agility or speed, the more likely it is to happen.

The max amount of agility/speed is 99%, while Super City's max is 200% in superhuman form.
